Postdocs’ lab engagement predicts trajectories of PhD students’ skill development
A paper that was sent to me by Dr. Jing Xie. I would tend to agree with the central idea, and indeed, good group dynamics with motivated postdocs and graduate students in their advanced stage of research is key to success. The research group is like a train. You need a conductor and a good locomotive!
