Testing the mechanical response of human belly fat

It all started with chicken breast and after many rounds of preparation/optimization, we performed our first tension tests on human belly fat. Our goal is to get a better understanding of the mechanical response of specific tissues (fat) and their mechanical role in the human belly cavity.
